Who is Life Teen?
We are an international Catholic ministry who believes that Eucharist-based ministry has the power to transform teens, transform parishes, and transform culture.

Life Teen Spirituality

A Movement of the Holy Spirit
We are a Eucharist-centered movement of the Holy Spirit, joyfully obedient to the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church and consecrated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Jesus Christ is at the center of who we are and of all that we do.

This spirituality guides our Life Teen staff to daily Mass, communal prayer, studying Sacred Scripture, praying the Rosary, embracing the Missionary life, and living out our Core Values.

The seven Core Values, prompted by the Holy Spirit, illustrate our spirituality, ministry model and movement: Eucharistic spirituality, Love, Joy, Affirmation, Authenticity, Evangelization, and Faithfulness to Primary Vocation

The Mechanics
Life Nights begin at 6:30 after the 5:30 Life Teen Mass on Sunday evenings in Morris Hall and ends at 8:00pm. Parents please be on time to pick up your teen from the church. They hate being the last one left!

The Liturgy.
And it all begins with the Mass. Every Sunday night at 5:30 the teens gather for our Eucharistic liturgy. The Life Teen liturgies are meant to welcome the teens and to incorporate them in the celebration of our communal worship of God.
